In this episode, I’m joined by Megan, a therapeutic life coach, podcast host, and advocate for accessible, inclusive wellness, whose work bridges deep personal healing with social awareness.
We talk about the nervous system, trauma, and what it means to heal in a world shaped by inequality. Along the way, Megan references books and films that have influenced her perspective, including White Fragility, the documentary Where Olive Trees Weep, and Palestine 36, not as conclusions, but as starting points for deeper reflection.
These references sit alongside a wider conversation about:
• How socio-economic and racial disparities affect wellbeing
• Why trauma cannot be separated from systems and context
• Healing work that supports both inner change and social responsibility
This episode isn’t trying to give answers, it’s opening space for better questions.

This conversation with Jamie Catto is personal, grounded, and quietly profound.
From his early years as a founding member of Faithless, through the Grammy-nominated 1 Giant Leap, Jamie’s journey has been one of creative exploration and deep listening, outwardly through music and film, inwardly through the human experience.
Here, he speaks with humour and humility about creativity, buried parts, and the inner work that happens away from the spotlight.
Books referenced in the conversation:
• Mr. Vertigo
• Letters from My Windmill
• The Assassin’s Apprentice
• On Writing — Stephen King

In this episode, we sit with Olivia Elise Taylor, addiction recovery specialist, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) practitioner, and founder of Olivia Elise Recovery.
Olivia shares her life story with clarity and courage:
- how addiction took hold
- what recovery actually required (beyond willpower)
- and how DBT became a framework that helped her and now helps her clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and stability.
We explore the intersection of lived experience and professional practice, and why recovery isn’t about erasing the past, but learning how to live differently with what’s true.
This conversation is for anyone navigating addiction, supporting someone who is, or questioning whether change is truly possible.
It is.
But it asks something of you.
Topics covered:
- Addiction and identity
- The realities of recovery
- DBT and emotional regulation
- Turning pain into purposeful work
- Building a life that can actually hold you
If this lands, share it with someone who needs steadiness.

Rishi’s story begins where many transformations do: with fatherhood, and a reckoning.
After years navigating alcohol addiction and mental health challenges, the birth of his son shifted how he understood life, purpose, and responsibility. Healing stopped being private. It became directional.
At age five, his son was diagnosed with a speech and language delay, struggling to communicate and process words. Instead of accepting silence, Rishi turned to creativity, writing a song called Speech Bound. That song became a bridge. His son began to speak.
This journey led to the creation of The Speech Heroes, the first superhero brand designed specifically for children with speech and language delays. Inspired by his son, and created for the 2 million children across the UK facing similar challenges.
Rishi is now preparing to release his first children’s book, The Speech Heroes vs. The Word Stoppers, extending this mission through imagination, storytelling, music, and character-led learning.
At its core, this is a movement rooted in creativity, inclusion, empathy, and empowerment, supporting children, parents, educators, and therapists alike.
True success, Rishi believes, isn’t measured by what you accumulate.
It’s measured by how many people you help find their voice.

In this episode, we go beyond the surface.
As we prepare for next year’s Unity & Oneness theme at Soul Revolution Festival, we also refuse to ignore the collective shadows shaping our world, wars, genocides, famine, political agendas, and the rising tension humanity is feeling everywhere.
Imani sits with Alex, the founder of Soul Revolution, to talk honestly about:
• What’s happening globally
• Our responsibility as a festival rooted in oneness
• How we bring education through awareness
• Why unity cannot be built on bypassing
• The role of God and faith across cultures
• And the future of Soul Rev as a movement, not just an annual event
It’s raw. It’s hopeful. It’s necessary.
If you believe there is more that joins us than separates us, regardless of your faith tradition, this conversation will feel like coming home to a deeper truth.

What if success didn’t require force, proving, or running anymore?
In this episode, we explore the transition from being a high performing, driven businesswoman to building a life, and legacy - from surrender, inner knowing, and grounded feminine power.
We were joined by Katie Ford, a transformational coach and Rapid Transformational Therapist with over 20 years of experience. Katie supports women in releasing deep subconscious blocks and reclaiming self-worth through RTT, hypnosis, holistic mindset coaching, and intuitive guidance. Her work is honest, embodied, and rooted in truth helping women remember who they are and rise with clarity and confidence.
This conversation is for the woman who has achieved but knows there is a more honest way to build.
